Carl Hamilton (Coq Rouge, Sweden's James Bond) is called before KU (Sweden's answer to the American congressional hearing) to answer questions about a spy war between Sweden and the Soviet Union.
The year is 1989. A tip-off leads to the discovery of two Russian agents inside Sweden's intelligence services, and Commander Carl Hamilton is suspected of being a mole.
