Ian begins assembly of a custom LJ chassis and builds a full Jeep out of a pile of metal tubs. Then he adds front and rear axles with cut to length control arms, and finishes off the build with coil over suspension.
This 80’s Ram Charger is back in the Four Wheeler shop for an engine swap. The owner wants a gas-powered Hemi, so Ian swaps the old tired engine for one from a local junkyard.
Ian moves weight around on a Samurai to get more squat in the rear end. He shifts the radiator and fuel cell and changes the rear end suspension geometry to help this rig better handle the rocks.
Ian goes on an adventure with some of his buddies. They hit a few off-road parks nearby, make some roadside repairs, and end the trip with some Tennessee whiskey.
Ian brings back the Suzuki Samurai, this time for an old-fashioned engine swap. He's going to take out the mechanical four-cylinder diesel VW engine and upgrade it with a common rail VW diesel out of a wrecked vehicle sitting at the shop.

The JK stretch project is back from the body shop and is ready for an all-new suspension and axles. Ian will get some Dana 60s under the rig with 40-inch tires and see how it preforms by hitting some rock hills.
Ian wants his Nissan Titan to tow his new Tracker side by side, so he needs to outfit it for towing, and then he bolts some off-road parts onto the side by side.

Ian needs a new FourWheeler shop truck, but he doesn't just buy new trucks, he builds them. So he'll tear down a two-door Dodge Dakota and turn it into a custom tools-carrying monster.

With work almost complete on the FourWheeler Shop Truck, Ian finds the perfect service bed for the truck and cuts it in half to fit. Then he finishes the build with a custom paint job.
Ian gets invited to ride in the 2020 Ultimate Adventure. We'll follow along as he and a group of off-road enthusiasts drive thousands of miles on-road and off-road, hitting the back roads and trails of America from Montana to Wyoming.
Ian starts work on a custom all-aluminum Land Rover Defender that sits on top of a Jeep JK chassis. The Cummins R2.8 engine will be the cherry on top.
Work continues on the aluminum Defender. This time, Ian gets more of the drivetrain in place and gets the project sitting on its new wheels and tires.
Ian doesn't keep anything stock, so he creates his own short bed Jeep Gladiator by transforming a Jeep JK with a Gladiator truck bed.

Ian makes a ton of custom parts to finish the work on the All-Aluminum Defender project. He builds a one-off exhaust and a bumper to hold the new winch, then bends up some tube for the EXO roll cage.
Ian takes a cheap Mercedes 300D and gets it ready for a local Gambler 500 rally. After making the car somewhat drivable, he makes room for bigger wheels and tires, adds a roof rack to hold everything, and bolts on way too many lights.

It's time for another tube chassis build as Ian turns a stack of tubes into a shorter trail chassis engineered from an award-winning KOH race rig. He also adds new axles and a complete transmission rebuild to get this Bomber fab project started off right.
The mockup on the trail chassis continues as Ian adds a motor and transmission to the build. Then, it's time to get axles underneath with a new third member so he can go four-wheel drive all the time.

The Budget TJ gets some more parts. Ian updates the suspension with new coilovers. He adds new bumpers front and rear, and by the end of the day, this TJ is trail ready.
