Why would you go to the park with your kid and then exclude him from photos you're taking? That's just weird.
So Nina is fine? Wasn't it established before that shapeshifters take the DNA of the person they killed? If so, and we also know there is a shapeshifter Nina, doesn't that mean the real Nina is dead, therefore Olivia shouldn't be casually chatting with the remaining Nina, because it is not her? Like Broyles just said Nina can't be a shapeshifter, everybody accepted and left it at that, evenknow they know there is at least one?
