The "Resist" posters are stupid. Etta was undercover in the resistance because she was still in Fringe Division publicly, and was undercover up until her death. No one would know her as a face of the resistance. So, to the masses, it's some random blonde lady's face with RESIST written next to it. The poster has no meaning.
