Bosses Richard and Neal have taken a huge financial gamble - they've bought their first high street shop. Coco de Mer is a far cry from their Internet business. It sells high-end bespoke products to sex toy enthusiasts with deep pockets. They employ two London fashionistas, Jackie and Louise, to help them improve the shop's fortunes while Richard oversees the manufacture of a stainless steel butt plug.
