Arya's goodbye with Hot Pie is a really moving scene.

Ouch wtf why ? Dumbass should've kept he's mouth shut

That Ending with it’s Punk Rock song. Outstanding.

A Lannister's agony means my joy. I could feel sorry for Jaime, but then I remember that he tried to kill Bran and left him physically disabled for life. No pity here.

What's with all the rape attempts? Geez... I hope it doesn't get worse than that.

Also, the stuff with Podrick felt too sitcom-y.

That was some hell of a scream.

People will say they feel no sympathy for Jaime getting his hand cut off when moments ago he protected a woman who'd been holding him captive from being raped. He didn't have to save her, he has absolutely no reason to. But he did. Please ask yourselves why a guy who tried to kill a child would then go on to save her. Maybe I'm talking out of my ass here, but this current Jaime seems a little different from the one in the beginning of the show.

And anyway, why do characters need to be squeaky clean goodie-two-shoes to garner sympathy? Why can we not just feel bad for folks cause they're going through some rough shit we wouldn't want done to us or our loved ones? Maybe not so much for a generically evil guy like Dany's brother, made only to be hated and then given a brutally "satisfying" death so viewers can cheer. I mean for people like Jaime and Theon who are obviously more than just one-dimensional villains.

Poor Jamie. He lost his hand trying to help his captor not getting raped.

My god! I kinda feel sad for Jaime.Dunno why

Am I supposed to have sympathy for Jamie 'cause - I don't. This was long overdue.

loading replies

Damn, RIP Jaime Lannister's hand... What a great scene.

loading replies

Yeah we are definitely gonna need copius details, Podrick.

Barristan Selmy: "When your brother Rhaegar led his army into battle at the Trident, men died for him because they believed in him, because they loved him. I fought beside the last dragon on that day, your Grace. I bled beside him."
Jorah Mormont: "Rhaegar fought valiantly, Rhaegar fought nobly. And Rhaegar died."
Daenerys Targaryen: "Did you know him well, Ser Barristan?"
Barristan: "I did, your Grace. Finest man I ever met.
Daenerys: "I wish I had known him, but he was not the last dragon."
