I really like the show overall, but I swear, they make the dumbest painful mistakes. If they were just a little bit more careful with the details, and got rid of the ultra annoying characters (mostly Nygma & Kringle), it would be perfect.
Well... maybe perfect is too strong of a word. I mean... the knife story was pretty dumb... Penguin cutting Butch's hand was extremely obvious... the arsonist brothers are ridiculous... Selina being omnipresent is starting to get old... :rolling_eyes:
And have I already said the knife story was extremely dumb? Sure, a 200 years old feud must be important to Galavan. Maybe even to the Waynes (pretty unlikely, though). But why on Earth would a member of Wayne Enterprises' board, have the knife? On an ultrasecure vault which can only be open with a retinal scan? It's not a diamond-made knife, it doesn't even have historical value! As I said... really stupid storyline. Not their most brilliant episode.
Now this is getting intense
Glad I didn't give up on this show.
