I wasn't watching just due to them even hinting the Penguin and Nygma would get together. However, that went somewhere better than I expected. The season did get better.
Jerome being back also makes the season better instantly. Let's hope they go full Joker with him eventually and....not kill him again. Although he seems to have a Ledger like voice now. That I don't recall him having last season.
