So there is a group of powerful, well connected people, who run Gotham behind the scenes. They decide who lives or dies, who succeeds or fails. Aaaaand... they have meetings wearing ridiculous owl masks, and use feathers to vote. Feathers! Come freaking on! Why does it have to be so childish? :weary:
