Callie was annoying with her mission to try to make things easier for Penny. It's like Meredith said, if it was any other resident they wouldn't even be speaking about it. And I like that Penny stood up for herself.
Jo is annoying as ever, with her little fit of jealousy. Clearly not someone that cares about her patients, and more about the glory.
I think I could like a friendship between Steph and Penny (and glad to see that she is finally getting a break)
