I hate lizards too. So much for the case.
At some point, the situation with the daughter gets boring. So unless explanations come soon about what her deal is, this quickly gets into annoying territory. Because, let's face it, how often did we have a crime series where the protagonist's child acting out was the real problem within the show? Pretty much every other show.
I agree with you so much DS1. I’m so sick of this clichéd “capricious teenage girl” portrayal.

I really enjoy this. It's considerably different to Forever, but a morgue is where Ioan Gruffud delivers.
All the experience in Forever gives him a head start in his role as Daniel Harrow and it shows.
But I seriously cannot stand the daughter and her daddy issues. I do not see a purpose in this show for her (scenes). She's holding this show back as is. The only thing I could think of is that she is the reason Harrow did what he did and we will see that at some point.
But even if that really is the case it doesn't make the scenes with her worthwile.
