Norway's most famous chef is back where he belongs - in the kitchen and over the pots. He will cook his way through his own recipes and step by step show you how to make the simplest everyday dishes extraordinary. In true television kitchen style, he will make everything from fish and chips, spaghetti Bolognese, to spring lamb and risotto with chicken liver. Will be visited by a good friend, celebrity or chef who watches the cooking, strikes up a conversation and not least gets a real treat at the end of the program.
