Barbecue Street is an old-school Georgia BBQ joint stuck in its ways. With their business dwindling, restaurant consultant Monti Carlo and a group of elite Yelp reviewers step in with hidden cameras to see what's really going wrong. The reviews are shocking and so is the surveillance footage, which reveals the reason Barbecue Street's 'cue is tough, dry, and inedible. To get them out of this rut, she brings in BBQ expert Robby Royal to give them the latest techniques and help revamp a few dishes. Then, Monti invites another round of elite Yelp reviewers to see if the owners are able to break their bad habits.
Chef Monti Carlo enlists a team of Yelpers to help raise the dismal Yelp rating of Paco's Tacos, a Mexican restaurant in Brooklyn run by two Italian-Americans. Six Yelpers expose the problems before Monti works her magic with the owners and their chef, then another six Yelpers dine undercover. Will their posted reviews help lift the restaurant out of its two-star slump?

The Delkwood Grill in Marietta, Ga. is a family-run joint with an aging clientele. Owners Dawn and Paul desperately need younger customers to keep their doors open, but they haven't changed a thing in decades in an attempt to honor their father's legacy. On top of that, there's a major sports stadium opening nearby that will bring new crowds. Enter host Monti Carlo and her team of elite Yelp reviewers, who use hidden cameras to uncover flavorless food and overcooked burgers. Monti sends the kitchen to burger school, but will the Delkwood follow her advice in order to entice both the stadium crowd and the younger generation?
The Pearl Restaurant and Lounge is well established in Atlanta's trendy Castleberry Hill district, but complacency among the staff and changing neighborhood tastes have owner Dishema scrambling. Enter Monti Carlo, who with the help of elite Yelp reviewers and hidden cameras discovers massive corner cutting in the kitchen and staff taking shots at the bar! Monti encourages Dishema to nurture her core restaurant business with better service and food prep, while enticing the Castleberry Hill locals with a small plate, lounge-friendly menu addition.
Host Monti Carlo heads to Montclair, N.J. to help restaurateur Franco with his flailing establishment, Fresco da Franco. She brings in six undercover Yelpers who describe problems with the restaurant's food and service. When Monti attempts to address the issues, Franco is resistant as he thinks he knows better. Eventually, Franco abandons the restaurant and Monti is forced to come save the day.
