The game begins as the seven couples meet for the first time. The husbands are blindfolded while the wives give them driving directions in an exciting challenge.
The couples get a tango lesson from Tony Dovolani and Elena Grinenko of "Dancing with the Stars" to see how well they work together. Also, the husbands will have to write a roast telling their wives how they feel about their wives' beauty makeovers.
The eight remaining couples gets embarrassed when Dr. Ruth, a psycho-sexual therapist gives them some new relationship tips. This week challenges include identify which backside belongs to your husband and which couple can gather the most bugs into a jar with their bare hands.
