A very charming and likeable series that is anchored by the terrific Patricia Routledge but who is ably supported by Dominic Monaghan and Derek Benfield as Geoffrey and Robert, respectively. The stories are complex enough to hold your attention but not too complex that they can't be resolved in a 50 minute episode, and also gritty enough to give them depth rather than them be fluffy, mid-afternoon fare. It's a pity a planned fifth series never materialised.
