In the series premiere, we follow four Rams players and their families when the team returns home to Los Angeles after being in St. Louis for 21 years. Our "Ramily" must acclimate to LA traffic, living expenses and exorbitant housing prices. When Rodger and Asia Saffold host a summer kickoff, some party crashers threaten to ruin their Ramily fun.
Chase and Kila Reynolds join the Ramily in LA and Kenny and Sabrina Britt are star struck when their neighbor, Kendra Wilkinson Baskett, shows up at their door welcoming them to the neighborhood. Later, Danielle and Lance host a BBQ grill off competition along with a game night for all the couples, but Asia is let down when Rodger gets stuck in Vegas.
Asia makes Rodger recruit celebrities for her first big charity event in L.A. Meanwhile, Kila opens up to the girls about her rocky past with Chase, and Sabrina struggles with Asia's idea of having the guys give up their cheeks for a kiss in the name of charity.
Before the guys head off for training camp, the Ramily enjoys their remaining days together by soaking up the LA lifestyle in Venice Beach. The Saffold's and Reynold's explore the latest fad by getting frozen in cryotherapy. Sabrina struggles to find a venue and a 90's celebrity for a farewell party and worries whether she can pull it all off in time before the guys leave for camp.
The football season kicks off with training camp and the guys say farewell to their families. Meanwhile, the wives drown their sorrows in Moscato and hijinks during a girls trip to wine country, in the town of Solvang. Sabrina enjoys herself while exploring the idea of opening her own winery for life after football, but Kila stresses out because there is a chance Chase could be cut from the team during camp.
In the season finale, the guys head to San Francisco for the first official game of the season, but not before celebrating Kenny's birthday. With the husbands away, Asia invites all the girls over to her house for a fun-filled pajama party sleepover followed by an intense game day viewing party.
