Lost points right at the end for Tim fake-crying at the sight of his son helping other boys, just because the subject was makeup and not something "traditionally manly" instead. Like the running jokes about Jill's cooking, it's hard to see that and not wonder exactly how much of the misogyny displayed through the series is only using humor as a disguise.
