Alex and Iwona just moved from New Jersey to Houston to take advantage of the affordable real estate market. Having thought about buying a home for 5 years, they've developed a long list of requirements for their first home, including a north facing house that is new, and ultra energy efficient. Alex is adamant about having a grand foyer, library and media room. With a $300,000 budget to work with, it's a tall order to fill.
