Sherman and his wife Iris recently moved back to his hometown of Key West, Florida. The couple and their two daughters are temporarily renting while they search for a place. They're targeting Caribbean conch style homes located near Sherman's new job. Sherman would like a house that's elevated, since storms are common in the Keys. Iris would prefer something lower to the ground to aviod a lot of stairs.
