He was too much of a liability he had to go

That would never register as a suicide so easy !

Why did he sat in the passenger seat ? Oh sure he could have chosen to sit there. But why wipe everything clear if you want to commit suicide ? And only on the driver's side ? That would at least raise some questions if there was a second person involved.

The one thing that I am really tired of is all the Frank/Zoe and Claire/Adam stuff.

The more I think about the events in the episode, the more of a genius I see Frank as.

It's like a masterclass in executing the perfect plan.

The entire mayoral race from (before) the start was an incredibly long operation to:
- Guilt trip his wife into reaffirming her commitment to him.
- Show the vice president that he would prefer to be campaigning and be governor.
- Get leverage over Linda so she can be on his side when speaking to the president.
- Build an asset that can be catastrophically destroyed with a single drink and force the hand of the VP that has a rediscovered love for campaigning.
- Do significant harm to Remy's relationship with SanCorp (Russo x SanCorp).
- Put Zoe in her place.
