no Spacey... no Play. Bye HoC :(

It seems brighter without Francis.

In the end, I thought she was gonna sucked into the red room.

tbh, it is a very weak episode. Kinda weird without Frank and his double thud :(

I don't know if I will continue the whole season, Clarie is a great actor, very good actually. However, this is Frank's show, I was watching HoC from the beginning because of him... I understand the reason to remove Frank, but you can't just remove the main character and continue the show!! You should have canceled it...

I'm unsure if I liked this or not. As of now, I'm giving this episode the lowest rating of any I've given to an episode of this show. There are a lot of promising plot points though. But this is most certainly a different show now.

Interesting episode although it felt a bit rushed. But I guess that’s what we have to live with considering the time jump from season five, the new characters and only 8 episodes to bring the whole series to a conclusion.

I had hoped that Robin Wright would get more time “in the spotlight”. She really deserves it.

This was...boring. Claire just isn't very interesting.

Well, this was a huge FU to Frank Underwoods constituents

I particularly find Claire a much more interesting character than Frank and always had, it was time for her to get the spotlight - she should have been a few seasons ago, to be honest. Confusing plot at first, but I think the point is to unroll it as the episodes goes by - but there's so much tension going on, as anything could explode any time.

this is not the end of the world. It didn't take many episodes for Claire to demonstrate her importance to the plot, even greater than the relevance of the main protagonist to the course of things. However, it's still strange somehow that there hasn't been a farewell from Francis, as the Season 5 finale closes with his deep thirst for forgiveness. And for using the story of Andrew Davies and Michael Dobbs as the main reference, it would have been very interesting if Francis' conclusion was portrayed, as well as Francis Urquhart's death.

It’s not the same without Frank. Claire and Frank are that of the same body and soul. They are the same person, and as she puts that ring on, she just transforms into both. Tho it will never be the same as before.

I really like how they gave a haunting feeling of Frank, like his ghost was just looming around the White House, slowly influencing it

Thank god I've got only one final season to go through.

Quite a good episode and interesting setup for the final season. The show is definitely not the same without Spacey and it feels a bit out of place but we gotta give credit to the writerd to pull off a final season without the show's main character.

I was hoping that Claire and Diane Lane would be allies.
