Perfectly good HIMYM. The "Edging Out" conflict, gets a little sitcommy, but it's founded in Ted and Marshall's relationship so that helps keep it afloat, and Robin and Barney as the angel and devil on Ted's shoulder in the situation help make it work as well. The Lemon Law B-story with Robin and Barney is a classic Barney bit, and while it gets a little broad, the resolution of it is pretty hilarious. Another episode where Ted's a little insufferable, but still good.
