Fairy tales aren’t written for us, but we’re the ones that are meant to fight the monsters

Guess I'm going to be the "huh?" guy... cause, Huh? Another self-indulgent offering, where they are so busy trying to be stylized, they forget to make sure the story and character development are being addressed. Even with the episode description above, guess what I said when I read it... that's right, "huh?". When you work this hard to be quirky, offbeat and weird, you end up just being weird. My high hopes have been shattered.

I read about the Tarantino influences but I didn't expect a cringey, shallow imitation. I'll keep watching because of Al Pacino but it's going to be hard to finish the remaining 8 hours.

This series started well then it fell flat on it's face with this episode. I stopped watching this show and looked up the ending of the season after watching this, then laughed heartily at the stupidity of it.

In this episode the Hunters go after a Nazi with musical tendencies --- he used to force prisoner Jews to sing for him, and whoever sang out of tune or forgot the words was shot. At some point he reveals that the reason he forced the prisoners to sing was because of the constant buzzing he heard, which itself was a consequence of the killings.

It is revealed that this particular Nazi is broadcasting songs in German --- likely hiding a code ---via a private radio station. The Hunters accidentally stop the broadcast before they can figure out who is receiving the signal. At the end of the episode it is discovered that the code in the broadcast lullaby is actually a list of two targets and a date.

This episode is about how killing a human being is not psychologically easy. When the newest Hunter --- the teenager Jonah --- ends up being the trigger for the death of the musicologist Nazi he starts hearing a buzzing in his ear --- as the Nazi told him would start to happen if he continued on the path he is taking.

Oh my god, when you constantly want to call someone a child, be it directly or indirectly (by calling everyone but that person an adult):
CAST SOMEONE WHO ISN'T 27 YEARS OLD!!
