Im digging the new episodes but Millicent is absolutely unbearable (as a character - not the actress who plays her). Her whole point is to literally just talk down on the rest of the crew & basically be like "OK BOOMER" and its really annoying. It really adds no value to the show and I'm confused why they even have her (besides getting inclusivity points) She feels disconnected even though she's Freddie's step daughter too... Like it feels like she actually brutally hates all of them. She's just too one dimensional. IDK, just bad vibes from her
I actually liked Spencer's art exhibit, I would go to one of those, my favorite creation was the wings mural with the "i'm basic" graffitied above the wings, I feel like it was just making fun of the influencer culture and not being hateful and that's why I liked it.
And I really like Millicent, she has some of sam's hateful energy without overdoing it, but my issue with her or with Freddie is that they don't have a father-daughter dynamic at all, and I guess maybe that's the point, but Freddie doesn't even acknowledge her, what I got is that he shares custody with his ex wife after adopting Millicent, but like they don't even interact, so i think it would've been better if Millicent was just a neighbor, like Chuck (remember him?) or if Ms Benson adopted her after Freddie went off to college? So like a sister? and that way the hate/love relationship could work better.
And the one thing I dislike about the show is there are barely any scenes at spencer's apartment or the icarly set! and whenever there are, the angles are weird, and I hate the new decor :(
