New boarding pass security scanners cause confusion when passengers believe face down means holding their face against the scanner, rather than their boarding pass. Management descend on the shop floor to help on the busiest day of the year as 40,000 passengers pass through the airport but things start to go wrong when the main baggage belt fails.
