In the final episode of the series, cameras follow members of staff as the establishment is turned around overnight for Christmas, staging a huge 25ft Christmas tree and cooking up to 500 Michelin-star standard roast dinners. Later, the programmes follows some of the hotel's VIP guests at a magical Christmas reveal.
