[5.8/10] Ehhh, mostly going for the raunchy and scatalogical without bringing anything clever to it. I’m not above laughing at poop and fart jokes, but just the fact of their existence is not enough for me to come to the table. Dee trying and failing to recreate Sex and the City with her friends was a non-starter without many laughs, and the guys trying to do forensic analysis on the mystery poo didn’t do much better.
There were only two particularly good parts of the episode. The first was Dee trying to be cultured and get away from the poo-related hijinks, only to end up at an art exhibition devoted to crap. It’s a fun twist with some wry commentary baked in. The second was Artemis’s Clue-like accounts of what might have happened with the mystery poo, with amusingly constructed-scenarios that found hilarity in Artmemis’s delivery and the convolutedness of them.
Overall though, definitely a lesser installment of the show.
