That was actually really enjoyable. I don't know where is all the hate coming from lol Yeah, CGI is a bit meh but it's a show, I wouldn't expect more from it.

Not sure what, but something felt off. The daughter character was awful and a lot of the time lib syncing was off. But not gonna give up just yet. 5 to 6 ish, so neither good or bad yet.

CGI is a little on the cheap side, but if they can maintain a good story then it's easily forgivable.

First episode was fine, nothing too enthralling, but enough to make you wanna watch more. There's a lot worse out there.

I definitely liked the whole Code they abide by, nice touch.

edit: OK, just finished the season and wanna say it was actually really good. Well beyond what I expected.
Definitely recommend it if you get a chance.

It’s pretty long on narrative.

I'm a fan of Mark Millar's work, but with so many superhero shows lately, the genre has become saturated, and although I was interested in checking this out, I didn't have high expectations for it.

But it was good. I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to watching the rest of the season.

I really enjoyed this first episode. I thought it was pretty good. i like the mystery at the end of if this guy they fought isn’t the real Blackstar, who is he? where did he come from?what is he?

Really liking this... so far. I feel like it is similar to the show Heros, from about 2009 or so. That show was good, too, and I hope this one actually has a more suitable last season than the previous seeming incarnation of this.

That fight scene was hard to watch. It didn't feel fluid at all. Rather poor choreography and camera angling.
