The comedian visits Osaka to master the art of manzai, a traditional form of stand-up that combines slapstick with rapid-fire delivery, before trying out his new-found skills in a busy shopping centre. He also visits the Edo Wonderland theme park, eats at an Alcatraz-themed diner and heads to a bar where the drinks are served by a trained monkey. He concludes his stay by making his comedy debut at a transsexual cabaret bar.
