Pilot Episode - Kevin wants a dog for his birthday
Kevin is put into adult prison and is forced to attend three psychiatric sessions a week. Kevin tells the doctor the story of his childhood. In the end, Slappy, an enormous inmate upsets Kevin and he responds by lighting Slappy's jail cell on fire.
In this episode we are introduced to Kevin's imaginary friend, Allen. Together they develop Kevin's violent nature. Meanwhile, Pete Wilcox, a large and violent inmate suffering from multiple-personality disorder, is admitted to the prison. Allen and Kevin make use of the fact that Pete thinks Kevin is Jesus to successfully over take the prison black market.
Kevin's violent nature lands him time in the padded room and the doctor visits Kevin regularly. When asked to share more of his childhood experiences, Kevin recounts a time he shot an ostrich after being abandoned by his father on a hunting trip.
Kevin describes to the psychiatrist his experience with community service. On one occasion, Kevin failed miserably as a farm aid. Another time, while working as a greeter at a department store, Kevin attacked a man who he mistook for Allen. Later, Kevin convinces Pete to dig him a passage out of the detention center.
Kevin recalls a time when he was released from the detention center and his parents throw him a mediocre surprise party. Kevin and his dad leave the house in search of lottery tickets. When they win, Percy drinks himself to unconsciousness and Kevin steals his dad's share of the money. When he runs out, he sells his new house and car for a bottle of booze and a carton of smokes.
The psychiatrist asks Kevin about girls. Kevin describes his first make-out party. When asked about his mother, Kevin describes a time when Anastasia took Kevin back-to-school shopping but makes fun of him all day. Later, Kevin and Percy escape jail to go watch strippers.
The doctor's evil twin brother inquires Kevin on death and his childhood. Kevin describes a time when his parent's got really drunk at a funeral and sent him to the bedroom to steal jewelry. Later, Kevin describes going on a very disappointing family vacation wherein the closest thing he got to a pony ride was sitting on a cow that eventually attacked his dad.
Kevin's behavior pushes his original psychiatrist over the edge and his evil twin brother takes his place. This new doctor tricks Kevin into electric shock therapy. Kevin loses himself in childhood memories and recalls a time he had to promise his father money in order to make him show up for parent-teacher interviews.
Completely frustrated with Kevin's lack of progress, Kevin's doctor sends him to dreaded Ward 5, a floor for those deemed ""untreatable."" In a flashback, Kevin recalls finding a classmate's body squashed on a railroad track. When he pawns the kid's CD player, the cops trace it back to Kevin and together they solve the mystery of the missing child.
In a final and desperate last attempt to cure Kevin of his psychosis, Dr. Franklin prescribes him very strong experimental drugs. They force Kevin to recall memories without Allen's help. A general from the Ministry of Defense arrives to warn them that the new drug enables people to move things with their mind.

Kevin's psychiatrist inquires about his fascination for fire. Kevin describes blowing up his home the first time his father taught him to use a lighter. This triggers Kevin to think BIG, and later he blows up a farmer's field and adjoining forest. Back in prison Kevin longs for the comfort of the infirmary but recalls his last attempt at faking sick.
Percy is let out of prison and joins a militia group â€“ the same crew that the Spencer's uppity neighbors, the Bensons, have hired to kill them. On their way to the liquor store to make the hit on Anastasia, Percy manages to rat out the militia group and save his wife.
Kevin ditches school to play pool at the Camel Toe, where he meets Victor the pool shark. Victor takes Kevin under his wing to teach him how to hustle. Kevin trains hard but ends up facing Fat Tony â€“ a notorious hustler himself. Percy spends the episode in prison with Eustace the cannibal, while Mom takes advantage of Percy's absence to have sex with some of the neighborhood men.
The foreman at the construction site across the street offers Percy $300 to fight in the illegal fights he organizes down at the docks. Percy agrees, and ends up losing badly to the undefeated Gary ""Grim Reaper"" Morgan. The Bensons â€“ in an effort to get back at the Spencer's for Kevin's antics, have an insurance adjuster videotape Percy's fight so that his workman's comp gets cut off.
The Spencer's visit the mall where Mom meets her favorite soap hunk, Brock Brickleydale who she ends up stocking and almost killing. Percy shoplifts Kevin a pet snake, but Kevin winds up arrested for the crime after his parents ditch him. A corrupt old cop arranges for Kevin to become a trainer for a guide dog, which Kevin trains to be a canine-version of himself.
When Charlie Plunt's student loan money comes in, he takes Mom and Kevin to Niagara Falls after ratting out Percy to the cops. Kevin is bored and explores the town on his own. He manages to hook up with Percy who jumped bail so the pair go on an insane bender that ends in a police chase over the falls.
It â€˜s the first day of summer holidays and Kevin is bored so he joins a religious group. The group plans an outing to shoot doctors at the abortion clinic where Anastasia happens to be taking advantage of the clinic's ""buy-six-get-one-free"" offer. The religious cult's plans are foiled when Percy gets thrown off his motorcycle during a police chase and lands on the maniacal firing squad.
The hospital where Percy is being treated for a heart attack is taken over by terrorists. Kevin hides out with a bad ass nurse he's fallen in love with while Percy gets stuck in an elevator. Mom makes the best of the situation and tries to sleep with as many doctors as possible. Horny mom saves the day when she makes a move on the terrorists who flee the building in fear.
Kevin and Percy steel an old car from the delusional Widow Coulson â€“ the same woman Kevin is forced to deliver her meals on wheels. Kevin grows to like the old hag because she was as insane as he was, and because she had lots of medication. When a body is found in the trunk of the stolen car by Percy's mechanic, the widow, the mechanic, the pawn shop owner and Percy wind up defending themselves on a Court-TV-inspired game show. Instead of prosecuting Percy for shoplifting, Jimmy the pawnshop owner has Kevin work in the shop. Kevin endures Jimmy's recounting of life story and learns that Jimmy has a long, lost sister whom Kevin later finds banging Percy in their garden shed. In an effort to end the liquor store workers' strike, Percy gets hired to make threatening phone calls to strikers.
After a booze-up with dad is accidentally videotaped at the Music Station's video-talk-back-booth, Percy gets arrested on live television and Kevin reaches celebrity status. Kevin gets an agent and shares the fame with Anastasia. The courts sentence Percy to have a lobotomy after a botched prison escape.
Kevin runs away and becomes a roadie for a rock band after impressing them with his alcoholism. Anastasia's plea to the media to help her find Kevin lands her some sweet stand up gigs including an appearance on the Mike Bullard Show on the same evening Kevin plans his revenge on the band.
While grave robbing one evening, Kevin and Percy fall into an abandoned, underground government testing facility where they encounter blood-thirsty zombies attempting to sway them to the Dark Side. Kevin and Percy team up with Vern Charlebois, an adventurous moose-hunter worthy of action hero status.

After crashing Timmy's Dad's Porsche but crash it into the school the pair reek havoc in the dark hallways of the school. Kevin's ""axe monkey"" is set loose after sampling the janitor's magic mushrooms.
Kevin and his exploits have drawn a lot of bad press to the school, so the Board of Directors decides to force Kevin into the chess club. His chess career progresses splendidly and Kevin manages to make it to the National competition. Percy and Mom, meanwhile, discover Canadian actor Bruno Gerusi has been living in a hole in the wall behind their TV set hatching a scheme to take over American television.
Kevin raids the remains of a burnt down house searching for parts to build himself a robotic friend. He finds a Gameboy, which is possessed by the ghost of a creepy handicapped kid who died in the house fire. When Kevin's robotic spider friend eats the possessed gameboy, the giant spider reeks havoc during the city's annual Festival of Flowers.
After Percy gets sent to John School and Kevin is thrown into jail for squeegie-ing, Mom has to take a job as a telemarketer to support herself. Kevin also ends up doing phone work in the corporate labour division of the prison booking vacations for the public. When Mom's lover, Marty calls up to arrange a trip for him and Anastasia, Kevin decides pay Marty a visit the moment he gets out of the joint.
The ghost of Rene Levesque haunts Kevin during a family visit to Grandpa Spencer in Montreal. After being arrested for violating the sign rule with his English T-shirt, Percy meets a drug smuggler and arranges a plan with him to transport drugs across the border in the stomach's of Grandpa's prize winning racing dogs.
Percy throws a lawn dart through Kevin's skull and the freak accident causes Kevin to show emotion. A hypersensitive Kevin plans a bus trip to Los Angeles after Mom reveals to Kevin that he has a twin brother with whom he was separated at birth. His trip is cut short after horrible bus crash in which the survivors must resort to cannibalism.
In an effort to get Kevin into the Halloween spirit, Allan convinces Kevin to perform a ritual to bring back his pet Alligator, Pinky from the dead. Percy revives his Drunken Welfare Man identity and ""swings"" into action, saving the immoral people of the world from the demonic alligator.

In a sappy, melodramatic movie of the week titled â€˜ Little Boy Lost: The Kevin Spencer Story"" Kevin is portrayed as an articulate, intelligent young man who recognizes his victimization, and the Percy character is a sensitive man who discovers God.
Mom lets one rip in Percy's face one morning, which kicks off a whole string of painful and disgusting practical jokes between the pair as they compete for the title of ""master.""

Kevin is sent to help Tron Devoneer, a flaming contemporary artist, at his estate. Meanwhile Anastasia and Percy ""GET IT ON"" after Percy steels Nobel Prize sperm from the basement of Jimmy's pawnshop.
Anastasia is at the feed and seed buying a stronger ""Industrial "" pesticide for unstated ""personal reason's"" when animal rights activists take over and hold the staff hostage. After several hours in their charge Anastasia does a Patty Hearst and joins the terrorists.
After a tooth extraction, Kevin develops a bizarre snakelike fang in the back of his mouth. Percy meanwhile has been arrested for saying â€˜BOMB"" at the airport. He cops a deal to become a snitch on the Quebec Mafia, but makes all the shit up, and uses his newfound stoolie immunity to drive on sidewalks and act like a jackass. When Percy's handler, Gruff Cop gets upset, Kevin bites him and they discover his new fang contains paralyzing neurotoxins.
Kevin secretly enters Percy as a contestant on an American gameshow, ""Who Wants to Marry a Prostitute."" Percy nearly wins but the show is canceled midstream by the new network head, Bruno Gerussi. Percy is furious and searches for his Drunken Welfare Man costume. Kevin and Allen meanwhile tour the LA basin, blacking out at the Viper Club.
Barfy Boozehound, a beer mascot, introduces a contest and Percy is resolutely training at the Camel Toe when someone mentions the upcoming smoking ban. Percy inspires Marty to move the bar to another acreage he owns, which happens to spill over the Quebec border. Marty enlists Charlie, who's returned with trucker stories and songs, to use his big rig to tow the bar.
It's Remembrance Day and Percy muscles his way through a ceremonial parade to get half-price quarts at the legion. As Percy hits on a female Peacekeeper drinking at the legion, Kevin explores the ceremonies of the day and ends up enlisting as an air cadet. After various mishaps, Percy becomes a hero and Cpl. Royd seduces Anastasia.
Percy and the family attend a Neighborhood Watch meeting to get information on serial killer prevention. Afterwards, Percy takes them to â€˜Boobies' restaurant. Kevin is obsessing about Shawna and wonders if her friendly greeting on the bus was an invitation? Anastasia hooks up with some protesters who decide to open a competing restaurant ""Peckers."" Shawna sets up Kevin as the killer, the killer kidnaps Percy and Anastasia shacks up with the Corporal. Just another day in Landville.
Percy and Anastasia both receive mail to discover that Percy must attend a retraining course at the Employment Insurance office, while Anastasia is asked to jury duty. Meanwhile Kevin is upstairs painting his entire room black. The episode ends with a mysterious turn of events that can only be solved by the magic wizard living in the back yard.

Daryn and Mista Mo, from the BUZZ show on the Comedy Network, visit Landsville to film their next episode. After their cameraman is murdered, the two comedians suddenly disappear and it is only by the cunning skills of Vern Charlebois that they are found. Meanwhile, Mom and Percy use the BUZZ camera equipment to film themselves as they white trash they truly are.
In true Three's Companyesque fashion, the Spencer's quarrel over selling the house. Percy can't leave the house because of an ankle bracelet we is forced to wear as part of his parole. Anastasia and Kevin hatch a plot to break the construction lot that is threatening to build over their property. Later, Percy discovers he has sawed the wrong leg off as the cops find him at the Camel Toe Inn.
Percy decides the whole world is against him and plots to leave IT all behind. The Spencer's hold a garage sale to pillage for cash and somehow scrounge enough dough to make it to Chile. Percy is arrested immediately upon touchdown, Mom, not understanding the currency exchange, prostitutes herself for way too little and Kevin runs off with Percy's money and gets lost in the jungle.
Percy and Anastasia discover an additional room in their house that's gone unnoticed because of the boxes piled in front of its door. They make it their little hide-a-way from home where they stash their extra smokes and booze from the boy. Meanwhile, Kevin is preoccupied with a gopher he finds and tapes to his head.
It's a showdown between Drunken Welfare Man and Alcoholic Welfare Man. Percy faces his nemesis as both heroes try to prove their honor as the greatest substance abusing, welfare-frauding crime fighter.
Kevin tries manipulating a group of Alzheimer patients at the old age home into believing he is their grandson and therefore they should give him their money. While loitering at the hospital he meets Lisa an orderly and the girl of his dreams. Trying to impress Lisa, Kevin lies and says he's a cordon bleu chef. His big date turns disastrous when Percy and Mom come and blow his cover.
The Spencer's are the ""Rabid Dog Cigarettes Contest Winners"" and they win a vacation at the Tiki-Wana Beach Resort. Anastasia forces Percy to enter a surfing contest in order to prove his honour for her. Now he's up against Moondog, a world class surfing champ. Kevin on the other hand is wandering through the beaches with the word ""lozer"" inscribed on his forehead. Kevin is also forced to enter the contest in order to prove his worth to become a Losers gang member. Next thing you know there's a tidal wave. Stay tuned, this is the Spencer's grooviest episode yet baby!
Kevin is taken to court for wiring what is considered to be a dangerous and threatening short story for English class. Man #2's new talk show follow's Kevin's arrest, imprisonment, transfer to the infirmary, and subsequent escape to Quebec.

Kevin wins an Old Barfy contest to have an all-girl punk band play in his backyard along with free alcohol submitted by the sponsors. After dealing with a ignorant manager and two DJ's, the gals from Spankdriven vow to never suffer another fool again. They meet Percy. Violence ensues very quickly.

When Kevin sees his parents in a good mood in front of him, his instincts tell him they're after something he has(the blood). In desperation, Kevin runs away just to be safe. It's up to Vernon and Drunken Welfare Man to find the missing Kevin.
Percy and some mobsters play high stakes poker. With him and Cammel Toe Inn owner as the last 2 poker players, he and Percy raise the stakes, if Percy wins he gets the bar and all the deeds. Taking Percy seriously, he ends ups folding and Percy wins the bar. Later on Percy notices that running a bar isn't as pleasent as he imagined and his rival Marty the Bartender is enjoying every second seeing Percy getting frustrated with the deeds.
Percy drives by a yard sale and after asking a bunch of questions he sees a time machine. The man asked $ 10,000 for it and Percy acquired it. Later, Kevin decides to have some fun with it and travels to Rome in their gladiator days.
The Spencer family have been inducted into the Canadian Ditch of Fame for Excellence in Shock Value. Back at home Anastasia won $12 from her money order and a bus card. Allen managed to convince Kevin to go to Toronto while Percy and Anastasia go to Sudbury for a honeymoon. After car jacking the bus Percy is determine to find Kevin in Toronto.
Dwane Chalmers sets up Anastasia to take the fall in a frat house in order to join the club. Percy gets baptized by a local priest, then punches God in the head when he criticized Percy's entertainment centre. Kevin has hit the mother load as he sneaked his way to the beer cellar.
Kevin and Percy try to gatecrash the Olympics.
Prime Minister candidate Mr. Wetnick sleeps with Anastasia in Ottawa. After being cut off by the principal, Kevin and Timmy decide to bring there supply of Tobacco plants in Ottawa since his mother was living there.
According to Man #2, all the bad deeds come back to haunt Percy. Karma. Consequences quickly takes place soon after Man #2's comments to Percy. He ignores it and throws his bottle cap, big mistake!
Anastasia and Kevin go bargain hunting at the Shop-ocalypse.
Kevin's back where it all began in episode 1, prison! But now he's 'graduated' from juvie and is sent to an adult prison despite being a minor. Officials find out about this and strike a deal with the boy to prevent this from going public.

Sum 41 & Treble Charger voice animated versions of themselves as they get caught up in a sordid misadventure with Canada's most dysfunctional family. In the episode, Kevin Spencer wins a contest from a music television station to spend a day with famed Canadian band Treble Charger. When the day comes, Kevin realizes that the band isn't living up to his opinion of what rock stars should be and initiates the band into a booze and drug-fueled bender. Meanwhile, Kevin's idiot father sets out to kill the members of the band Chilliwack while Kevin's sleazy mother sets her lusty eyes on the Treble Charger dudes with a whacked-out child support scheme. Later, during a radio interview, Kevin pits Treble Charger against fellow Canadian rockers Sum 41. When anger mounts between the bands, both come close to losing their careers in a degenerative spiral of booze and alcohol addictions. It all comes to a head at the Juno Awards, where the two bands are scheduled to share the stage.
A teenager comes-a-knocking on The Spencers' door and tells Percy he's his son. Percy denies it at first but figures it'll be a good change from Kevin. Angered and left out, Kevin makes homemade Absinth while his parents spend time with their new son.
The folks get a free television as part of a court settlement. After some channel surfing, they discover it came with amateur porn which is clearly stolen of course.
Percy trains Kevin to be a terrorist. Things go terribly wrong when a bomb explodes in a basement and Kevin has a ski pole stuck in his stomach from one end to another. The fuzz overhear this and the family's on the run.
Kevin is placed under house arrest. To lighten up the mood, his dumbass parents attempt to cheer him up by playing board games like Monotony. Due to equal doses of self-abuse, brutal assaults and plain stupidity all three of the Spencer’s end up with brutal head injuries and living like savages in a city park. Soon they are mistaken for missing links and then end up living in a cage outside of a roadside gas station.
Percy wins yet another contest and this time he gets to be a judge on the latest heap of reality TV bile - The International Idolatry Talent Impersonating Contest of Mimicry. In the process, he becomes a bitchy, cutting sensation. Meanwhile, Mom is angry with Percy for getting an overly exuberant lap dance and decides to defy the bikers and unionize the town’s strippers. Kevin spends this episode being courted by and eventually sort of working with a secret sect of law enforcement bent on destroying art, music and comedy.
After getting caught practicing self-pleasure in the home of a local thug, Percy takes his family and flees to a ghost town to wait for the heat to die down. Unknown to the Spencer’s, the town is also about to become the set for Afroman and Pornman’s latest adult film opus. Finally tracked down by the bad guys, the Spencer’s, the porn actors and some shifty cowboys settle their differences with six shooters in a bloody homage to Peckinpah.
After stealing a mailbox full of their neighbors mail and cheques the Spencer’s stumble across an invitation to a high society black-tie and gown affair. Posing as their neighbor’s the McNaughton’s the Spencer destroy the bar and offend the guests but in the end turn out to be hero’s after thwarting some vaguely European hostage takers. Think Die Hard with more chronic alcoholism and morbid obesity.
A bit of bookender fun as the episode opens on a ‘Kevin Spencer Writing Meeting’ where Greg asks Rick for one more episode. He’ll be too busy helping runaway teen girls at “Camp WhoosYerDaddy”. Rick heads out to the Camel Toe Inn where he hangs out nearby, eavesdropping no the real Spencer family and interrogates them for ideas. Percy invites him on a B&E because he has a lighter. The theft doesn’t go well and Percy only gets some guard dogs, which he tries to pawn at Jimmy’s. Jimmy declines, as he’s going out of business. Percy depresses Jimmy so much that he manages to pawn a .32 calibre handgun, which used to belong to Rick’s mom. Finally they have enough to attend the air show and all get some shuteye except Rick and Kevin. Rick confesses to Kevin that he’s got a rough deadline and needs ideas. Kevin makes a deal with him. Kevin will rep him if Rick will mentor his writing. Rick mooches beer and gets institutionalized, Greg’s negotiations with Kevin go poorly and Percy and Anastasia drive off into the sunset…after the destruction of several downtown city properties.
Mom strokes out in a bar and dies, Percy slowly succumbs to necrotizing fasciitis, Marty fails at suicide but dies anyway and all the while Mr. Franklin (we don't really know it since in season 1 episode 8 we discover that there are two 'twin brothers' with the same nickname Mr. Franklin), Kevin’s first psychiatrist from season one is on a manhunt to destroy the boy. Eventually those left living cross paths, and the true nature of Kevin’s brain problems are revealed. In the end Allen the Goose enters the Morgue where Kevin took his mother's corpse (after Kevin dies by a car accident saying 'Good bye Allen') and is revealed that all the series and characters (even Kevin himself) are imagined by Allen due to certain Psychiatric problems.
