I don't feel majorly impressed with episode. It has some sort of casual/family feel to it. Definitely need to see more episodes, before I decide to "board the train".
I found the pilot was interesting at first, with a nice action scene at the beginning. However, I didn't find it captivating enough. The overall plot seemed weak for me, and the performance was not impressive. I will watch one or two more episode to see if its the main idea of space hunters will pay off.
I'm liking this so far. Sure, it's a bit campy, but it seems self-aware enough. Plus the characters are likeable and it's fun.
Extremely choppy storytelling, jumps around way too fast with no indication of time passed or distance traveled. Difficult to follow, but kind of fun at the same time.

so girls walks the hall and throws the beads. two guys watching with their eyes wide open, and then telling each other like "she is well trained". well trained for what? throwing beads around? comone
I really enjoyed this first episode. Think I will enjoy this season and may check out Dark Matter (Not sure if its similar or not).

The flow of the story is not terribly smooth and it reminds me of some terrible 80's scifi B-movies with bad acting, choppy story flow, and low budget VFX. Will try to watch another episode before giving up.
