Ricky and his band eschew the rhinestones and Nashville sentimentality to concentrate on traditional playing and singing. Elvis Costello was one of many musicians in the audience for this London appearance earlier this year and he joins Ricky on stage to duet in 'Don't get above your raisin'.'
