Good episode all round. I was surprised to see this episode pretty lower rated compared to the others and i think that's because of the ending. I thought the ending was really good and surprising, i audibly gasped a bit in surprise. But then realized how the episode conveyed perhaps he flaws in the justice system, that it isn't perfect. And even before the verdict i was thinking "should he be guilty or not guilty?" because you could see both sides. After the verdict and his comment how he would do it again, i was more inclined for guilty. Even during the verdict and straight after i was more inclined towards guilty, but it was nice the episode making me think about it. Even now i am left to wonder a bit. The guy was a menace towards them, but that other guy seemed like a mostly decent person, mabye a bit stuck up. But it wasn't just giving the guy a beating, he almost beat him to death, almost killed him or made him disabled. After he beat him he could have presumed he had killed him, accidental or not, when i say accidental i mean going to far. So yes it should have been guilty, but i liked how it highlighted what i said earlier. Good episode. I'm thankful the show has the balls to do things like this, mabye people usually like a complete happy ending. Also, i forgot to mention it's nice seeing some of the same judges and defense lawyers.
