Good episode. Wish we could have seen robinette do some prosecuting though. Yeah it's kinda disappointing for them to throw that cool possibility out there and then just have nothing except the plea negotiation. My enjoyment of the show would be much more enhanced if the character say took on at least 5 cases each season. I mean for 22 episodes he's just an assistant and he does that role well but i'd really like him to take on that prosecuting role sometimes. I know logically in real life there's thing like educational background and careers and things like probably work a few years as an assistant before you can take on a bigger role like stones, but this is a tv show, you can stretch the boundaries alot. Have him take like 7 or 8 cases a season or something. But i know that probably he's not going to do the stone role at all throughout the entire time he's on the show, which is a shame.
