As soon as the verdict was read i was surprised and went "aww" then a minute i'm laughing a bit with a grin on my face from the shooting. Wow. Ok so first off, the not guilty verdict, damn. Like the guy just savagely beat and murdered some guy infront of his own brother, dumped the body and got away with it basically. Part of the fault lies with the brother though on multiple reasons. So i can also understand why he chose to shoot the guy, along with it being a not guilty verdict. Now the brother guy is going to get like idk mabye 20 years or something for murder. But me personally i'd only make him serve a few years, or none at all. That's just me personally. So with that sentence, combined with the not guilty, just again somewhat highlights flaws with our justice system. There seems to be this image for alot of people that it's infallible, because it's kinda logical, from the police to the arresting, charging, evidence gathering, the courtroom theatrics, the judge, jury etc. Except it's far from infallible, it's actually quite flawed in multiple ways. I mean verdicts like the one seen in the show happen all the time, every day in almost every country around the world. You toss in factors also like getting educated about law, 4-10 years, and then the various careers, and yet how much progress is actually being made over the decades. Where's the refinement much, except in technology, which helps. Mabye i'm wrong. For the most part i think the system is correct, but there are quite a few wrongs and injustices that do happen often.
