In this final part, Keith and Rosie jet off for a romantic skiing break and then head home to host a star-studded fancy dress Christmas party. Why has Keith bought his mum a hovercraft? And will a confession about his 'friendship' with Emily Atack ruin Christmas?

Keith invites his girlfriend, Rosie, to move down from Leeds to live with him at his bachelor pad in London. He begins by clearing out some of his old stuff to the charity shop, before Rosie arrives. However, Rosie's arrival shocks Keith, with her claim that there has to be a few changes if she is to stay permanently. Keith makes the suggestion that the pair buy a house, but unbeknown to Rosie, he takes a six million pound house on rent, but informs her that he actually owns it. Rosie later feels neglected when Keith goes to record an episode of Celebrity Juice.
Keith discovers that Rosie feels depressed after being left alone in their new house. Taking some time out, he has to take a trip to Blackpool to unveil a waxwork of himself at Madame Tussauds. Later, Keith hosts a dinner party so he can introduce Rosie to some of his celebrity mates - Stacey Solomon, Toby Anstis, Chris Fountain and Jenny Powell - but little does Rosie know that the dinner party is for an episode of Come Dine With Me. Rosie hooks up with her own personal trainer, Mark, and hits the gym to burn off a few pounds. Attempting to secure Rosie a job, Keith invites Anthony Costa round so that Rosie can look after his dogs while he is on tour.
Keith heads down to the gym in an attempt to get in shape, but soon becomes jealous of Rosie's personal trainer, Mark. Keith and Rosie organise a movie night, and buy some ridiculous costumes to wear. Rosie helps Keith write his latest book, Being Keith. Later, the pair jet off to Marbella to shoot Keith's very own calendar for 2013. However, being unable to tell Rosie that he loves her, and flirting with a group of girls leaves Keith in the doghouse. Back in Britain, cracks are beginning to appear in their relationship - are they strong enough to forgive and forget?
Following a spectacular row with Rosie in Marbella, Keith goes AWOL on the Spanish Riviera. When he finally decides to return to Britain, he has to build up the courage to apologise for his action. Later on, Keith tries to make amends by taking Rosie out for a very special dinner, surrounded by a group of choir singers. At the premiere of his debut movie, Keith Lemon: The Film, Keith catches up with some of his celebrity friends. Rosie's bubble begins to burst when Keith reveals that their house is in fact rented, and not his own, as he previously claimed it was.
Keith is determined to have the best Christmas ever in his new house with Rosie. A few Christmas carolers get a big surprise when Keith opens the front door to greet them. Rosie is fairly worried when Keith agrees to appear on Take Me Out. Keith and Rosie are over the moon when they receive their Christmas cards from several celebrities, especially with the one from Gary Barlow - but Keith is more excited about the card from Emily Atack. And why are the neighbours so unimpressed with Keith's Christmas lights?

Keith and Rosie then jet off to Switzerland for a romantic skiing break with the two performing something fairly inhospitable on a ski lift. Finally, they both head back to host a star-studded fancy dress Christmas party, but Keith is fairly unimpressed when Rosie decides to invite her brother along.
