Tiny's new invention causes much excitement amongst the Little Robots.
Messy, playing fetch with Tiny, returns with Stripy's teddy instead of the stick. He runs off with the little bear and Tiny chases them, but Messy and Teddy become separated and Teddy begins a series of adventures as he is accidentally passed from one robot to another.
He appears in Scary's magic show, plays in Noisy's orchestra and flies with the robobirds. Tiny doesn't want to worry Stripy by telling him his bear has gone missing and is always just one step behind. In the end Teddy ends up back where he started, with Stripy completely unaware he was ever missing.
Spotty persuades Rusty to head off into the Wasteland with her to sleep out under the stars. Eventually they manage to set up camp and start to enjoy themselves but their stargazing is interrupted by weird lights, shadows and strange noises. The Sparkies have heard about the expedition and have decided to liven things up!
Scary decides he wants to be more like Flappy the Bat and maybe even fly to the moon. He practises hard but when he tries hanging upside down, he falls on his head. He's so ashamed that when Tiny and the others turn up he tells them to go away. What they don't know is that he's busy building a slingshot with the help of a rubber band. In the end he fires himself up to the sky, impressively silhouetted against the moon. He may look like a bat - but he needs Flappy's help to get down!
The Sparky Twins are up to their usual tricks, causing mayhem and chaos.
Scary wants to put on a show and goes on a search for a glamorous assistant.
Tiny's metal measurer is used as a seesaw by the Sparky twins, who soon discover, when they offer Spotty a seat, that it is easy to send her flying straight up into the air!
Messy hits his head and all of a sudden starts to moo, baa and miaow instead of barking. Meanwhile, Noisy challenges Scary to come up with a noise she doesn't know though she warns him she knows every noise there is.
Rusty's collection of small metal things keeps disappearing, one by one. She can't work out what is going on and asks Tiny to help. In the end they discover that the Robobirds have been removing things and hiding them at Scary's, jamming his lift. Rusty decides it's easier to let the Robobirds have her first collection and start another one!
Scary wants the other Little Robots to make things fun for him for a change but gets frustrated when they build a fence round what they're building so he can't see. He tries various different ways of looking in but gets caught out every time. In the end when he finds out what the surprise is, he's so thrilled he doesn't mind any more.
With Stretchy's help, Scary builds a maze in the wasteland. Everyone is excited about the new attraction until Tiny gets lost in it. Various ingenious attempts to rescue him are thwarted by Messy who has his own pressing agenda. First Rusty and then Scary himself find themselves lost in the maze too. Only a worried Noisy is left outside. But when Tiny looks up from inside the maze and sees the robobirds flying overhead he gets an idea. He tells Noisy to go and find Stretchy and soon the tallest Little Robot is busy guiding his friends to safety!
Stripy knows he's holding Tiny and the others up when they are busy building, so he decides to adjust his circuits to make himself go faster. The others are very surprised when he strides past, very fast - and then again and again. Tiny realises Stripy has managed to put himself into repeater mode and confusion mounts. Tiny engineers a solution and the Little Robots are happy to have the Stripy they know and love restored to them.
It's Sparkle Day - a special event - and Tiny leaves the daylight on for extra time for the celebrations. The Little Robots choose who gets to wear the sparkly crown and be made a fuss of. Everyone loves Sparkle Day except Rusty, who is too shy to sparkle. Tiny finds a way to turn her into the sparkliest Little Robot of all.
