I always kind of block out in my memory how bad Kate gets during this time. Oh waaah Jack is spending time with Juliet, time to go have sex to get some kind of revenge. Get over yourself. And the walking in on her changing is eye-rolling, but gotta have your T&A for those ratings.

Wow, there's a couple of questionable Desmond opinions on here. Yeah, he does change the show a bit, but it's for the better.

Desmond wasn't my favorite character in my first watch of Lost, but now rewatching the character has grown on me. He first began as a plot device in season two, only there to do the exposition and explain the button to our losties. But in the end of season two the writers gave him characterization, a compelling backstory and a charming personality. Now in season three, he is the bearer of a concept that's so cool, and it's good to see a character this great being the center of a sci-fi story, one of the many things that I love in Lost.

Desmond is the most interesting character in the show. I don't know wtf you're all talking about.

Watching Charlie die over and over again is like a reward for enduring him for three seasons.

The opening scene was dramatic and disturbing. I'm glad it was a vision and that Charlie was saved, he would be a huge loss for the show.

Desmond, not so much. I can't warm to him as a character or an actor. Perhaps that will change; I'm sure the lady with the parachute said his name, how does she know him!
