I'm not 100% sure, but I think Sun Oh is in love with Hye Young, so he is trying to prove that JoJo doesn't love him, when he said that even if they hit him he won, he meant that Hye Young finally agreed to download the app and he is not encouraged to say it personally so he will show Hye Young his feelings towards him through the application.
