Eight years after buying a 2200 square foot income property, Becky and Junior's tenants have moved out of the top floors, but they and their two daughters still live in the basement apartment. Becky wants to reclaim the upstairs space to make the whole house their family home, but Junior wants to start fresh in a new house. Designer Hilary and her team plan to bring this family out of the basement, while Realtor David searches for a home that Becky and Junior will both love.
