me, gasping when they finally showed His face: GOD???????????????
OMG David Palmer from Allstate is God? what happened to the other guy? Haha... Ugh we need the other episodes FAST!!! Was way to awesome so far...although more Trixie and maze time is needed!
How predictable ... sigh. This serial killer twist has been done in a 100 other shows and movies.
I am very disappointed god isn’t played by Neil Gaiman.
I need season 5B immediately. This was so good! The final fight was awesome and I'm glad God is finally making an appearance after all this time. Now, I just need Lucifer and Chloe to be happy together forever, please and thank you.
Good episode, but the Pete twist was far too predictable, and I'm still not enjoying anytime Michael is on screen.
Oh
My
Fucking
God
pun not intended
I don't remember last time I was sooooooo hooked on the episode. I mean, minute after minute I had yet totally different idea what is going on.
But I am so confused about Maze. Why shes ALWAYS behind the plan when the big bad of the season hits. Always, every season. I hate it bc I like her so much and there is always a reason but maan how many times?!
That plot damn what a good entrance at the ending!
You had every chance to make Morgan Freeman being God. Why didn't you?
Dan freaking out at the beginning of the episode has me laughing far harder than I should. I can't help but dislike the guy.
Pete is so sketchy. I was hoping the "secret killer" vibes I was getting from him from minute one was just the writers trying to make him awkward, but who gives someone a key to their place after only three days of dating? Seriously, this episode picks up right after the last episode, which started the morning after the previous episode and spanned two days. And the dude had Star Trek tickets the morning after he and Ella first hooked up. Ella's good guy is obviously gonna end up being a baddie. It just reflects negatively on her that she didn't see all those red flags.
"We're angels. You're just a demon." WTF, Lucifer? I miss the relationship Maze and Lucifer had in the first season. Ever since then, he's treated Maze like she's inconsequential and only exists to attack people on command like a guard dog. Sometimes, it gets really hard to like Lucifer.
Yep, knew Pete was a creep. On that note, how do all these killers have secret rooms in places they're renting? You can't convince me this newbie journalist owns a house in LA.
"You're gonna burn in hell." Is he, though? This brings up a major issue with the automated punishment system. If you do horrendous things but don't feel guilty about them, you go to heaven. If you lead an amazing life but feel bad after cutting someone off in traffic one day, you go to hell.
"I'm afraid of heights." But...he surfs.
I see this episode is where the budget went...

I mean, honesty IS important, but you're an idiot, Maze.
I knew it was Pete. Once he invited Lopez to his house to look at his files.
Probably one of my favourite episodes of lucifer so far, except the obviously creepy guy turned out to be the killer, so nice mid season finale, annoying there actually is a mid season finale and not just a regular finale, but they decided to split it into two halves. Season was quite good though....
I've got to be honest, I feel massively let down by this fifth season so far. Not only did they get rid of one of the most interesting characters (Eve), to me the lack of chemistry between Lauren and Tom (somehow) is back. It's so weird, by the end of the fourth season, I was finally feeling what everyone else seemingly sees but now? Nope, couldn't care any less about their relationship drama.
Also this finale was massively predictable. Of course Ella's boyfriend is the serial killer because forensic scientists in cop shows only ever get (on-screen) relationships for that purpose. Of course it's Michael who took Decker (because Pete had no idea Chloe was onto him, Chloe only told Lucifer) and I get that Maze is dealing with abandonment issues (somewhat fuelled by the aforementioned Eve disappearance) but she's starting to get annoying by how easily she's manipulated. 5B is really going to have salvage this mess and boy, that ending gives me a glimmer of hope. The only non-predictable moment of this episode is the last ten seconds.
I liked near the beginning (at about 0:14:50 in (without commercials)) when Lucifer said, "Where is she? If you've killed her I swear to dad I'll..." Haha!
I really think that Maze has a soul, otherwise she shoudnt have allt this feeling.
And for a split second i thought that Morgan Freeman was doing a surprise cameo
It’s dumb to have God as an actual character because then he’s just annoying and a bad person
They should’ve kept him off screen and mysterious so at least there’s an excuse as to why they can’t just find out all the answers from him
Jesus—I mean oh my God—when they showed His face I thought it was Morgan Freeman for a second, just because lol
Rubbish soap opera with woke political garbage mixed in.
Aww shucks. I did think Ella's new things was "too good to be true". Poor psychopaths though, it's tough for us to find love. THEM I mean, for THEM.
On "The Rookie", Lucy Chen gets kidnapped by a nice guy that she mets and turns out he is a serial killer. This reminded of that episode
Wow the best episode... I like Michael
Good mid-season finale. I imagined one thing, the other, not by chance, what is more than being president of the USA?
oh my gosh! the series is over! That was too fast! sure hope there's another one comes soon!!
Humans and Angels and Demons are so easy to manipulate. It was about time the guy upstairs made an appearence
paused show to scream shiiiiiiiiiit god damn!
Pretty good, I'm liking how the show is going

The constant whining of Decker in almost every episode this season brought the season down. Maybe just be happy what you finally have instead of bein a wamen and question every single thing. These slow pseudo-romantic whinefests were the lowpoint every single time.
Let them be a real couple next season ffs.
