Emma Stone is such a good actress damn. She singlehandedly moves this episode forward. Simply amazing ✨
Strange, yet familiar retro-dystopian parallel back to the ‘80 fun
boring so far. I'll give another 2 episodes a try.
Disappointingly more "boring" (for the lack of a better term) and hollow (plot-wise) than the pilot episode, this one struggled to get my attention. I feel that this episode in particular borrowed a lot from Legion (both the good and the bad).I need more interaction between Emma Stone and Jonah Hill's characters and some plot advancement, otherwise this will be the letdown of the year (and I really, really enjoyed the first episode).
Sad ending. But that Emma Stone smile makes me wonder if she really gives a shit. About what happened.
