So.Much.Religion.And.Drama!! Kinda glad that woman was shot in the end. I really don't like her type(self important). This show needs to get to the point fast or it will not last.
Jesus that was a horrible Jamaican accent, i really cant fathom why they cant cast a real Jamaican or at least someone that grew up there or go back there often. There is surely some Jamaican actors/actresses out there. Sounds so fucking stupid. A Jamaican accent is something you cant learn it has to be born with or been around it for decades and they never change their accent for anyone too.

Awww that was so nice what the sister did for her best friend. I knew she was lying but I guess everyone has to play this self righteous thing to feel better about themselves. Why lie? It fixes nothing and it will blow up later for sure, like her ex cheating with her later probably. Because he still loves her. I think if I’m the person on the plane then i let everyone move on. 5 years is a lot of history to forget about if my spouse meets someone else, i couldn’t get pass them being with someone else and I can’t blame them either so. I think a year is enough for someone to move on so i have to walk the talk too.
I feel like the person Cal drew looks exactly like how he drew him, instead of simply being drawn like that because he doesn't know what the guy looks like.
This show isn't much of a mystery and feels much more like family drama, if anything. Ben ( Josh Dallas' character ) is wildly stupid. I don't know about anyone else, but I would definitely have caused a scene if I'd found out that my (ex?)wife had a boyfriend and was contacting him behind my back . Other than that, it's pretty predictable so far - saw that ending coming a long way away along with the robbery resolution - and that's why it's not drawing my attention as it should. Will continue for a few more episodes before deciding whether or not to drop it.

This felt for the most part like any other show.
When the weekly mystery storyline (aka music) started I liked it. I thought I was a good way to introduce one of the flight passengers and to show he and Ben (Dallas) getting to know each other.
I kind of thought Cal’s search for the right Legos was a little dumb at first but it eventually made sense.
I find Grace’s story dumb and boring. I hope there isn’t a lot of time spent on it in future episodes. I didn’t like how she blamed her daughter for telling her secret. But good job Olive for saving her brother’s memories.
I really like Dallas in this so far but I think he’s a little too calm. He wants to go to bed with his wife after finding out she has a boyfriend? Really? And isn’t he supposed to be grieving his mother?
I feel the direction & writing was a bit off
because of that but it’s no fault of the actors.
And the passenger on TV...that was pretty stupid of her.
Not bad overall but I think the show needs to put more energy into being a mystery show and less concern about being a family drama.
Oh, I agree with the comments, there isn’t enough mystery, and it feels more like a family drama, like if they weren’t in the bermuda triangle but abducted by regular human criminals. And I want more of the detectives/authorities investigating the case, more like the Fringe approach but I guess we already have Fringe so it’s cool to focus on the victims/survivors except these survivors are kinda boring.
And also Ben and Mack were kinda awful people to the other passenger asking them for help, Ben only started caring cause he realized it was part of the weird airplane psychic connection but no sympathy or care for another human being if it isn’t about him. And speaking of him I’m really impressed at him being so focused on getting a job, if I was missing for 5 years that would be the least of my concerns.
And oh I feel for Grace and Lourdes/Javier, they are in this dilemma and from their pov their choices are totally understandable but from Mack and Ben’s pov we can totally agree they have the right to be mad, furious even.

I've read that it's like mixing Lost and the 4400 and they may be right. At the moment it convinces me to keep watching. Those who criticize the performance of Josh Dallas, I agree
OMG, this is excellent. Intriguing, well written, classy acting, feel good telly.... with a WTF moment too!
I don’t see any mystery in this show! Only drama.
