I like the hot start.
Frank got to see where the tattoos went. Then he had to Punish some ladies. A rare thing. They seem like some kind of cult. Religious or survival or both.

This was a great opening episode. I like it more than S1E1. Just outstanding. Top 3 first episodes. Maybe top 2.
I'm really impressed. Great start to the 2nd season.

I think he wants there to be more of them also so that the bloodshed at the bar would involve something a lot bigger and it is not just a meaningless small-town strife. To feel that what he did there wasn't "for nothing".
better start than last season... hopefully it'll keep getting better
Nice intro, direct into the action. Though seeing that I was really hoping this was meant to be action in this episode, not 10 episodes later at the end of the season, I hate this kind of setup.
Frank finally getting some, such a change of character. Looks like he starts living a bit.
This fight in the toilets ! After the nice choreographed fights of Iron Fist and Daredevil, the brutal direct beat'em up style is a nice change. Breaking the sink with the guy's head. Does not hesitate to beat the shit out of women.
Frank just can't stay out of trouble. And you already know it's gonna get Beth killed, cause why be original ?
And then the full bar fight ! The bouncer is a beast. And it keeps getting worse until there are corpses all over, Punisher style. Gotta keep the brand alive.
Girl still hasn't explained anything, but she left her bag, probably what the guys wanted, and they're still chasing. Out of revenge ? I doubt it. Maybe just cause she's seen whatever is on that laptop ?
Dinah and Ben still here ? Was kinda hoping for new stuff.
A really great season start. This episode had everything.

What. An. Episode. Punisher is for sure the best of the lot. Incredibly well written episode.
You really gotta feel sympathy for the guy because all he wants is some normality. But of course that's not in the cards for Frank. And by his last words in this episode he knows it.
Good to see a season 2 of Punisher. Best thing Marvel has done, series wise. Would rather see this than another Iron Fist, Marvels weakest offering....

The beginning is so slow that you don’t expect the shit to totally hit the fan. When it does.
Bam! Just like season 1 .. we start off running hard.

This was a good start.
Frank ends up in Michigan and hooks up with the bartender and takes her and her kid to breakfast the next morning. Frank, noticing the suspicious girl from the bar and outside the motel is back at the bar, he keeps an eye on her. He watches as a sketchy looking group of people walk and he goes to check on her. Frank kicks some ass in the bathroom and in the bar and Beth gets shot. Frank rushes her to the nearest hospital. It is unclear yet what this new threat's intentions are nor what this guy has to do with any of this violence. Meanwhile, Madani visits Russo in the hospital who is wearing a mask to cover his face.
Off to a slow start. The first Season get my full attention from the very beginning. S2 beginning... not so much
Not the best first episode back but not everything can grab hold of you at the get-go.
Girl from the bar is from The High Castle. I think fans were hoping for more Karen Page/Punisher scenes, maybe even a hookup, but that's unlikely. Even if the actress had been 100 percent available for this show, Karen is Daredevils girl, even if Netflix Daredevil is done.
It's too early to judge Amy's character. Frank fell for her really fast though.
Four more days! This might be my favorite out of all the marvels. It's at least up there with Jessica Jones and Daredevil. I can't wait to see what season two has in store.

Let's hope Punisher can avoid the second season curse. So far every second season has sucked except for Daredevil (which had Punisher in it).
