This is a fun one! Tying back into prior episodes is a nice touch, even if it could have gotten by without it as this is a premise that's already ripe for potential with these characters. It's just absurd enough to fit the already wacky universe our characters inhabit, and while I think it's probably a bit "too easy" considering Milo's affliction that's a minor complaint. After all, Dan and Swampy are always vibes first and this is pure vibes from start to finish.

The Doof stuff is a bit less effective but I appreciate how it was a mini P&F story hidden within another show. If anything, it showcases just how different Doof's life without that side of the story and how integral they are to each other - which is why putting him in this setting has somewhat removed some of his better moments of agency. Still, his plan is very funny and seeing Perry back even for a brief moment is tons of fun.
