In this winter special, Ferne and Rory visit Ella and meet her siberian huskies. Together, they take some of the dogs for a long walk, brush their coats and give them plenty of food and water. Ella then teaches Ferne and Rory how to ride the rigs pulled by the huskies, and afterwards they join some friends for a hot chocolate by the fire!
Ferne and Rory visit Malawi to see some of the amazing African wildlife! Rory visits Glory and her dad, who is an elephant tracker. Glory and her dad show Rory how to track elephants, and together they go looking for these amazing animals in the wild.

Rory visits Florence and her pony called Kitty. Florence shows Rory how to clean out the stable, and together they get Kitty ready for a gymkhana by giving her a wash! At the gymkhana they enter lots of classes, including a clear round class. Even Rory gets to have a go!
Ferne visits Harry and his pet degus. Harry knows a lot about his pets, and together they clean out the cage and give them fresh sticks to gnaw on. They watch the degus enjoying a sand bath in their cage and decide to create a beach in Harry's living room just for the Degus to enjoy.
Rory visits Lily and her cat, Brody. Together, they clean out her litter tray and feed her, before having lots of cuddles. Later, they head to the cat grooming parlour so that Brody can get her nails clipped and have a brush too.
Ferne visits Ethan and Elsa and their dog, Whiskey. Whiskey is a very special dog and gives Ethan some extra help when he needs it. Fern gets to see what Whiskey and Ethan do together, and then they visit Ethan's new school and meet his new friends!
Rory visits Rhys and his pet cockerel, Colin. Together, they clean out the chicken coop and give Colin fresh food and water. Rhys is getting Colin ready to take to a local poultry show. Rory gets to go along too.
Ferne meets Leah and her lovebirds. Leah lets the lovebirds out of their cage to fly around the room and they land on Ferne's head! Together, they clean out the cage and then decide to make the lovebirds a new toy for their cage made from sticks and millet seeds. The lovebirds love it!
Rory visits Sophie and her pet guinea pigs, Ben and Lolly. Sophie tells Rory all about them and shows how she cares for them. Together, they clean out the hutch and give them fresh food and water. Later, they build a maze out of blocks in the back garden and hide little pieces of food for them to find.
Ferne goes to Timmy's croft to meet his lambs. They clean out the lambs' shed and ensure they have plenty to eat and drink. Together, they gather loose wool from around the fields and make a picture using paint and the wool they have collected. They hang the picture in the shed for the lambs to enjoy.
Rory heads to a community farm to meet some children. They love spending time there with all the different animals. With the help of Jack, they even get to clean out the pigsty! As a final treat, Rory and the children go for a tractor ride all around the farm.
Ferne goes to a nursery to meet the class pets, Jerry and Ben, who are pygmy goats. She helps the children muck out the goat pen and makes sure they have fresh food and water. They decide to brighten up Jerry and Ben's homes, and together they create a beautiful picture to hang outside the goat shed.
Rory visits Thomas and his goldfish. Together, they change the water in the fish tank and give the fish some food. Later, they decide to go and visit some other fish in a local aquarium, where they encounter some amazing, colourful fish - and a shark!
Ferne visits Aaron and his pet ducks. Aaron really loves his ducks and tells Ferne all about them. Together, he and Ferne clean out the ducks' home and fill up the duck pond. Later, they go to a duck show and enter one of Aaron's ducks into a competition!
Rory visits Jess and her sheepdog, Mo. Together, they clean out Mo's kennel and make sure she has fresh food and water. Later, Rory watches Jess working Mo with a herd of sheep. After a quick lesson, Jess lets Rory have a go!
Ferne heads off to meet twins Jess and Rosie and their grandma's alpacas. Together, they give them fresh food and water and pick up their poo from the field. Then, as a special treat, they make some very cuddly alpaca puppets and show them to the herd.
Rory visits Arthur and his brand new puppy, Fonzy. Puppies, like most baby animals, need special care. Rory finds out what's required. As a treat for Fonzy, they all head off to a puppy party to do some bonding with other pups.
Ferne visits Jess and Toby, who are about to adopt some new pets from an animal shelter. They meet Marie from the shelter, who talks to them about the responsibility of owning pets, and together they decide to adopt two lovely guinea pigs.
Rory goes to meet Esme and Bingham, the bearded dragon. They clean out the vivarium and provide fresh food, water and calcium to keep Bingham's bones strong. Later on, they take Bingham to visit the vet to finally find out if Bingham is a boy or a girl!
Ferne visits Suri. Together, they head along to Suri's nursery, where some special pets are visiting. They learn how to look after the different animals and even get to sit on a pony called Rosanne!
Rory meets Leah and her pet gerbils, Olaf and Elsa. They take the gerbils out of their cage for a play, as they love to run over Leah's hands! As a final treat for the gerbils, Rory and Leah make a special gerbil play park for them. Great fun!
Ferne visits Katy and her highland cows at her croft. They see her favourite cow and calf, Isla and Riona. They give them food and fresh water, before making Riona a cow cake - yum! Then the local vet comes to check how Riona the calf is doing.

Ferne visits a donkey sanctuary and meets Darcey, who sponsors one of the donkeys called William D. Darcey shows Ferne his stable and what he likes to eat and drink. As a treat for all the donkeys, Ferne and Darcey make a donkey cake and have a party.
Ferne visits Eilidh and meets her pet guppies called Big Sparkle and Little Sparkle. Together they clean out the fish tank and give the fish some food. Next they go on an adventure to the Botanical Gardens to see lots of bigger fish.
Rory visits a petting farm and meets up with Karim, Alex and Wiki to find out more. They meet Carol who works there, and together they clean out the miniature donkeys' stable. They have fun meeting lots of different animals at the farm.
Rory meets Rosie and Henry, who keep bees. They tell us all about the hives and, with their Dad's help, even look inside one. Rosie and Henry show Rory all the equipment used by beekeepers and eventually they get to taste the delicious honey.
Emily shows Ferne how to clean out the stable and together they give Charlie a wash to get him ready for a show. At the show, Emily shows Ferne how she rides Charlie and his carriage.
Rory visits a special school in Wales that keeps chickens. Carys, Cian and Mason show Rory the chicken coops and explain what they do to care for the birds. Later on they take some of the eggs they have collected to the local farm shop to sell them.
Ferne visits Eva and her pet goats. Ferne helps to muck out the goat pen along with Eva's little sister Vanessa. Eva enjoys showing her goats at competitions so they decide to hold their very own competition in the barn, with Ferne as the judge.
Rory visits Ryan and his pet dog Luca. Together they find out what Luca likes to eat and drink and where he sleeps. They take Luca for a walk and end up spotting some rather unusual animals along the way.
