Hollywood nail salon owner Katie Cazorla, aka "The Queen of Nails," continues to expand her celebrity-filled salon, The Painted Nail, to keep it the hottest spa in town. However, the salon's future is in jeopardy when a client gets sick after nail tech Lisa encourages her to eat the foot scrub.
Katie drags her fiancé, Walter, to an animal shelter to find a new dog but instead ends up in tears. Her unhappiness is short lived when she gets invited to be a judge in a national toddler pageant in Las Vegas - her ultimate dream! Meanwhile, tensions run high between the nail techs in the salon after client stealing accusations.
Walter is livid with Katie when she makes a careless decision forcing him to cancel an important business trip and tend to a disruptive new family member.
Katie attempts to throw a champagne-sized party on a beer-sized budget to celebrate her new hair boutique, but when her party planner fails to lock in a sponsor, Katie is faced with a caviar-sized bill.
