I mean, you can still eat them... but according to Switzerland's new animal protection laws, crustaceans will have to be stunned before they can be killed and live crustaceans can't be transported on ice or in ice water! It sounds like a humane decision to me, but it's got the Swiss culinary industry BOILING mad!
