The story was super straightforward in this episode, and honestly, a bit boring. There wasn't much excitement behind it. Even previous episodes that were weak had more excitement than this one did. But there were a few notable things, although the episode itself was also a bit boring.
For one, Timothy McGee showed up again in his second-ever appearance in the show. It was only a minor scene that he was in, but it was nice to see him a second time, though. I'm pretty sure he becomes a season regular in the second season. But, for some reason, I guess I wasn't expecting him to show up in this season again. Now that he has, it would be cool if he shows up one more time by the end of it.
And the banter regarding Tony's weight between him and Caitlin was good. As far as comedic bits are concerned, it was probably one of the weaker ones, but it was still good. This episode was carried by the characters and their interactions with each other, for sure.
Besides those two things, there wasn't much about this episode to make it super exciting and enjoyable. It was another weak one, quite possibly the weakest one so far. As I said at the start: the story was a bit boring. There was hardly any excitement, either. But I'm sure the next episode will at least be more enjoyable than this one; maybe not more exciting, but the show will get there.
