Such a beautiful episode! The rules, the flashbacks, all made me very nostalgic. This show/characters have been though a lot! I had a feeling that McGee had lost his dad about the middle of the episode, and the letter was such a nice touch, showing that as his child, Tim really learned from his dad. The ending was heartbreaking. As for the case, I like it! Always good to see familiar faces, gives a sense of continuity to the show.
Probably one of my favorite episodes of the whole series. One of the main qualities of Gibbs is explained and there are a lot of flashbacks, which bring a lot of memories from the previous seasons.
